Individual & Family Mentoring

WHO QUALIFIES

Individuals ages 3 and above (individual and/or family) who is:

  • Having difficulty in establishing or maintaining normal interpersonal relationships to such a degree that they are isolated from social supports; and/or
  • Exhibiting such inappropriate behavior; and/or
  • Require help in living skills, such as maintain personal hygiene, preparing food and maintaining adequate nutrition, or managing finances to such a degree that health or safety is jeopardized; or
  • Having difficulty effectively communicating with members of their household; or
  • Unresolved guardian-child relationship problems; and/or
  • At-risk for being removed from the classroom or school for behavioral, social, or emotional issues; and/or
  • Exhibiting difficulty in their cognitive ability such that they are unable to recognize personal danger or recognize significantly inappropriate social behavior.
