TESHANA D. GIPSON, EdD, LCSW, CSOTP

Dr. Gipson graduated from Tuskegee University (Tuskegee, AL) with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Work and matriculated to Virginia Commonwealth University (Richmond, VA); whereby earning a Master of Social Work – Clinical Concentration degree. After providing individual, group, and family counseling, intensive outreach, and case management services to a varied population, she went on to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Dr. Gipson received her doctorate degree in Education from Nova Southeastern University, specializing in Organizational Leadership and Human Resource Development. Through her work in a residential treatment facility, psychiatric hospital, community-based agency, and school setting, she obtained extensive knowledge and skills in the areas of adolescent, adult, and family treatment and services. Dr. Gipson has been appointed to numerous statewide task forces and workgroups in mental health and continues to aid the advancement of community-based services for individuals experiencing cognitive distress. She is the proud mother of Ellis II, Emani, and Eniya.
ODESSA BRITTENUM, LPC, CSOTP

Mrs. Odessa Brittenum is from Palestine, Arkansas. After completing a 20 year tenure in the military, she retired in the state of Virginia. While in the military, her education continued. She earned her Associates in Liberal Arts from St. Leo University and her Bachelors of Science in Human Services from University of Phoenix. Mrs. Brittenum began her work in the counseling arena in 2007, where she gained a vast amount of experience while working with at risk youth in the mental health field as a counselor, Regional Director, and Clinical Supervisor. She received her Masters of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University in 2013 and is a member of the honor society, Chi Sigma Iota. Mrs. Brittenum is a Licensed Professional Counselor and is also a Certified Sexual Offender Treatment Provider.
RYSHONNA STITH, MA
Director of Human Resources
Ms. Ryshonna Stith was born and raised in Providence, Rhode Island. She graduated from Virginia Commonwealth in 1997 with a Bachelor’s Degree in General Studies with a focus in Child Care Administration. In 2003, she left a teaching position to co-own and operate a group home for pregnant/parenting teens in the foster care system. In 2012, Ms. Stith obtained a Master of Arts in Management from the University of Phoenix. As the HR Director at NDUTIME, Ms. Stith brings energy, organization, positive interactions, and effective leadership. She has served in Human Resources roles since 2003. Recruitment, retention, staff development, employee relations, development and implementation of policies and procedures, conflict resolution and mediation, and the development and implementation of organizational goals are all processes that Ms. Stith has experience with and will execute while on the NDUTIME management team.
CAMEO FAULKNER, LSW, Supervisee

Ms. Cameo Faulkner graduated from Virginia Tech (Blacksburg, VA) with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Family & Child Development and continued her education at Virginia Commonwealth University (Richmond, VA) earning a Master’s Degree in Social Work – Clinical Concentration in 1999. Ms. Faulkner began her career providing individual and group counseling and case management services in a wide range of healthcare and mental health settings for children, adolescents, young adults, and elderly populations. After serving as a stay at home mother for over 11 years, Ms. Faulkner boldly re-entered the workforce and became a Licensed Social Worker. She is resourceful, adaptable, and enthusiastic about empowering children and families to thrive at their most optimal levels of living. Ms. Faulkner has four children and enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.
