Family Mentoring"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>WHO QUALIFIES<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Individuals ages 3 and above (individual and\/or family) who is:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Having difficulty in establishing or maintaining normal interpersonal relationships to such a degree that they are isolated from social supports; and\/or<\/li>\n<li>Exhibiting such inappropriate behavior; and\/or <\/li>\n<li>Require help in living skills, such as maintain personal hygiene, preparing food and maintaining adequate nutrition, or managing finances to such a degree that health or safety is jeopardized; or<\/li>\n<li>Having difficulty effectively communicating with members of their household; or<\/li>\n<li>Unresolved guardian-child relationship problems; and\/or<\/li>\n<li>At-risk for being removed from the classroom or school for behavioral, social, or emotional issues; and\/or<\/li>\n<li>Exhibiting difficulty in their cognitive ability such that they are unable to recognize personal danger or recognize significantly inappropriate social behavior.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>MODALITIES UTILIZED<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Prescreening &amp; Activities Training<\/li>\n<li>Independent Living Skills<\/li>\n<li>Crisis Intervention &amp; Prevention<\/li>\n<li>Wrap-around Services<\/li>\n<li>Classroom Removal &amp; Truancy Prevention<\/li>\n<li>Advocacy &amp;
